Additional Information Approximately 207 gallons of hydraulic fluid spilled onto the driveway. The spill resulted from a concrete pump truck boom making contact with over head power lines which grounded to the passenger side tires. This caused the pump cooling system to catch fire and melt the hydraulic lines to the pump. The melted lines failed and spill the entire tank of approximately 207 gallons.
