Additional Information On 7/25/2026 at approximately 1256 hour a piece of equipment was digging in the Delaware River, for the for the Delaware River Terminal Project. The piece of equipment had a shaft that broke and released approximately 7 gallons of biodegradable lubrication oil into the water in the Delaware River (Latitude: 39° 44' 38" N, Longitude: 075° 29' 56" W). The shaft broke due to the large number of rocks that were encountered during digging. There was no sheen on the water after the spill. The equipment was removed from the water for repairs.
